Crux Coffee Roasters
For the person who wants the coffee stop to actually be about the coffee.
Crux started in Jupiter’s Abacoa neighbourhood after founders Daniel and Victoria Rudden began roasting beans at home. The shop still roasts in small batches on site and serves a broad range of single-origin coffees alongside espresso drinks.

One for the lunch list when another chopped salad is not going to do it.
Chef Christophe Bozzano began his apprenticeship in France at thirteen and later operated a restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide in France before spending years as a private chef. His Palm Beach Gardens shop serves French-influenced sandwiches, quiche, pastries and breakfast.
