About · Juno Beach, Florida
Experienced hands.
Current eye.
hi — I'm Nancy. this is my chair.
You should not have to choose between someone who knows what they are doing and someone who knows what year it is.
Touchée has been on US-1 in Juno Beach since 2004. Behind the chair is more than forty years of hair — which is long enough to have seen most things go wrong, and long enough to know which fixes actually hold.
That experience is the point. Not nostalgia for it. What decades of color buys you is pattern recognition: knowing that this particular gray will resist, that this blonde will pull warm in month two, that the cut you are describing will need forty minutes with a round brush every morning and you have already told me you will not do that.
How the work actually goes
We talk before anything is mixed. Your hair's history, what has been done to it, what you liked, what you did not, and — the part most consultations skip — how much time you genuinely want to spend on your hair between visits.
The formula gets written down. Every time. It is carried forward so the result repeats and the next conversation starts where the last one ended, not from scratch.
We work gently where the hair allows. Ammonia-free professional color wherever it will do the job, bond-building where the hair needs it, and honesty when a small amount of ammonia is the correct technical choice. Gentleness is a method here, not a marketing position.
Nobody sells you a service you did not ask about. If your hair does not need a treatment, you will be told it does not need a treatment.
Maintenance is a choice, not a virtue
There is a fashion at the moment for telling every woman she should want less maintenance. That is a preference being sold as a principle.
Precise blonde every four weeks is a valid answer. So is dimension that stays believable for eight. So is a grow-out designed on purpose over twelve. The right one is the one that matches your calendar, your budget and how you actually feel walking past a mirror in week five. The job is to find out which one is yours and then build the color to survive it.
Palm Beach hair has its own physics
Sun, salt, pool chlorine, well water, humidity and a social calendar that does not pause for a bad blowout. Color that was formulated for a Connecticut winter does not behave the same way here, and a lot of new residents find that out the hard way in their first summer. We formulate for the water you actually wash in.

Questions people actually ask
How long has Touchée Organic Salon been in Juno Beach?
The salon has been serving Northern Palm Beach County since 2004, with over forty years of professional hair experience behind the chair.
Will I see the same stylist every visit?
Yes. This is a small salon and you are not handed off mid-appointment. Your formula, your preferences and what we tried last time are written down and carried forward.
What does “organic” actually mean here?
It means professional European ammonia-free color, formulated with up to 99% organic and natural ingredients depending on the service and formula. It does not mean chemical-free, non-toxic or damage-free, and we will not tell you otherwise. It is evidence of how we work, not a claim about your health.
Do you work with gray hair?
Constantly, and in both directions. Full coverage and gray blending are both legitimate choices. We do not treat one as more evolved than the other.

We look at your hair, its history and your actual calendar before anyone mixes anything. It is the difference between a result you like once and one you can keep.
