What we collect
If you fill in a form on this site
Your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the message box. We use it to answer you and to arrange your appointment. Nothing else.
If you join the Hair Club
Your email address, and your name if you give it. We use it to send the letter. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is instant and permanent.
If you book an appointment
Your name, email address and phone number, plus what you tell us about your hair — length, density, texture, gray coverage, what you are hoping for, and what has been on your hair before.
We ask because a colourist who knows what is already on the hair — box colour, henna, a previous correction, a keratin treatment — makes different and safer decisions than one who is guessing.
Your colour record is not in this system
The formula Nancy mixes for you is written down at the salon, by hand. It is not typed into the booking system, not stored online, and not sent anywhere. It stays in the building.
We keep it indefinitely, and that is on purpose. A formula from four years ago is the reason you can come back after a long gap and get the same colour. Ask us to destroy your record and we will.
If you pay a deposit
The payment is handled by Square. We never see or store your card number. Our records hold the amount and a reference number, nothing more.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it for anyone else’s marketing. We do not run advertising trackers or advertising pixels on this site. There is no Facebook pixel and no Google Ads tag here.
Where it is kept
We use a small number of services to run the salon. Each is named here with what it holds.

These companies process information on our instructions. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Who can see it
Nancy, and any stylist working on your hair. Your colour history is visible to the person standing behind you, because that is the point of it.
Nobody else. We do not share client records with other salons, suppliers, or anyone who asks.

Ask us to delete you sooner and we will, without asking why — and that covers the paper as well as the screen.
Your choices
Call (561) 578-9549 or speak to us at the salon, and we will:
- tell you what we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your record
- take you off the Hair Club list
No form to fill in. Ask a person.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. That is why you have not been asked to accept anything.
Children
We cut children’s hair, and we take those bookings from a parent or guardian. This website is not intended for children to use on their own.
If something goes wrong
If client information were ever exposed, we would tell the people affected directly and promptly, as Florida law requires.
If this page changes
The date at the top changes with it. If we ever wanted to use your information for something genuinely new, we would ask you first rather than quietly rewrite this page.
