Nancy is the owner of Touchée and the person behind the chair. Decades of hair behind her, and a genuine interest in what looks current right now — you should not have to choose between someone who knows what they are doing and someone who knows what year it is.
She works gently: ammonia-free color wherever the hair allows, formulas written down and kept, and a consultation that ends with a plan you can actually maintain. Small salon, and the formula is Nancy’s whoever is holding the brush — she plans it, mixes it and directs the work. In a full week that may mean a second colorist beside her, or an assistant applying while another dries, which is why a long appointment still moves. Nobody here is going to sell you a service you did not ask about.

Nancy formulates and places your color herself. Her stylists blow-dry, help apply and finish — which is how the work stays hers and your appointment does not run all day. You are not handed to a different colorist, and your formula is written down and carried forward.
