Jupiter water and your color
A lot of properties around Jupiter and the western communities are on well water or heavily softened municipal water, and both carry minerals that bind to lightened hair. If your blonde has gone dull, brassy or slightly green since you moved here, that is usually mineral deposit rather than a bad toner — and it is fixed with a chelating treatment, not more purple shampoo. Can you match the color I had at my old salon?
Usually, and often improve on how it wears here. Bring photos and, if you have it, the formula. Florida sun and water change how a color behaves, so an identical formula does not always produce an identical result — we adjust for that.
