What happens next

  1. Nancy reads it. Not a call centre and not an inbox somebody checks on Fridays — the salon is six chairs and she runs it.
  2. She calls you back. Same day where she can, always within one working day. If she is behind the chair when you send it, it will be between clients.
  3. You agree a time on the phone. This is the part a form cannot do well. Colour runs from forty-five minutes to seven hours depending on what is already on your hair, and she would rather book the right length than the convenient one.
  4. You get it in writing. Day, time, service and what it will cost.
